Lieutenant Miller is the Founder and Commandant of Miller’s Preparatory Academy for Boys, in addition to the founder and director of Miller’s Transformation Summer Camp and Miller’s Educational Services (a tutoring service).
Lieutenant Miller’s extensive educational background has permitted him to instruct at McNair Senior High School for 14 years, Christine– Elizabeth Academy for 2 years, and presently at Morehouse College. His vitae also includes Math Department Chairman and Varsity Wrestling Coach.
He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from Emory University.

Officer Roy Quinn is in his third year at MPAB. He serves primarily as a fifth and sixth grade teacher. Officer Quinn teaches the computer classes and handles the IT needs of the school. Prior to joining MPAB, Officer Quinn worked in the Dekalb County School System for six years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree from Tri State University in Angola, Indiana. He has served as an instructor of adults, both in technology and financial areas. Officer Quinn has been involved with youth for 25 years. That involvement has ranged from youth mentoring, coaching, summer camps, and of course raising his four children.
